SENIORS BEGINNER INDOOR GROUP LESSON

This 359° program is designed for seniors who want to start playing tennis and have not taken lessons before. The content of the lessons is varied and changes each week. During the course we cover and develop all key game situations such as the serve, return, baseline play, net play, and playing against a baseline player. We also work on both your singles and doubles skills. After completing this course, you will be able to play a tennis match.

Additional information:

• 17 weeks of indoor tennis lessons on the courts of NTC De Kegel in Amstelveen

• Maximum of 6 players per court or 12 players on 2 courts with one coach

• Participants must be 18 years or older

• Led by a certified tennis coach

• Lessons start in the week of April 1

• No lessons during school holidays

• Membership is not required

• Rackets can be borrowed

• Lessons are given according to our 359° method, with strong attention to the player and their personal preferences and qualities
